This Candle wick coating machine is used to apply a thin layer of wax around candle wick. The wick is repeatedly led through the molten wax and suitable calibrators until it reaches the desired diameter. Its two wick rolling drums are made of sheets. Wax temperature is controlled by thermocouple, making the operation safer. It is automatic, user friendly, and operator needs no special training.

The function of a wick cutting and sustainer clamping machine is to cut the wax coated wick into desired lengths and fasten Wicks to metal sustainers. The machine is automatic. Wick feed, crimp, and cut are all done in one operation. The machine speed can be varied by VFD.  machine operates smooth & easy.
